LOOKING TOWARDS OLD-TOWN VALLARTA FROM OUR RESORT IN THE MARINA AREA

We often woke up before the 8am sunrise (the sun has to rise above the mountains first).

The daytime view towards Puerto Vallarta was fab!

WE SPENT MANY DAYS LOUNGING AT OUR OWN RESORT -
ACTUALLY ENJOYING THE MISSISSAUGA-LIKE DESERTED ATMOSPHERE

Drinks started flowing early and came in 4s and 6s and 8s!

This resort even had take-out pizza included in the all-inclusive!

EVERY WALK ON THE MALECON TOOK US PAST MARK'S FAVOURITE SCULPTURE - 

AND MIKE'S MOST HATED!

THE DOWNTOWN BEACH IS WHERE THE ACTION IS

Gringos call it "Blue Chairs".   But there are a lot of boys in the world, so Green and Orange Chairs have joined the fun.

Mexicans call it "Playa Bonita" - Pretty Beach.   Aren't we, though!

I'm sunning and I can't get up!

Mike tenses up - can't get away from the Toronto boys hissing all day!

WE ENDED THE DOWNTOWN DAYS CHATTING ON ROOF-TOP PATIO BARS WITH A GRAND VISTA

OVER 14 DAYS WE HAD 13 STUNNING PACIFIC SUNSETS

Good night, Vallarta - good morning, Vietnam!

ALL SORTS OF ANIMALS SUN ON THE ROCKS

M&M'S AIRPLANE FETISH WAS FED BY OUR RESORT BEING BESIDE THE AIRPORT

The runway pointed out over the beach next to ours ...

... and it was observable from the top floor - yahoo!
