After last year's absence, we decided to, once again, partake in the annual end of summer rite known as Out and Out's Jamboree |

By summer it is simply a Jewish children's camp near Haliburton, Ontario. However, come the third week of August each year, it is transformed by the arrival of 250 gay adults! This year's theme - The Enchanted Forest. With the theme in mind, we transformed our bunks into 'The Magical Butterfly Cocoon'. Yup, give a gay man some tape and crepe paper... |
Of course, as with any camp, there's the swimming, watersports, canoes, windsurfers, hikes and time on the dock...

But the highlight of the week is always the Costume Ball, held on the final Saturday...
